Cooking courses

Our cooking courses are designed with the whole family in mind: learn the secrets of traditional Tuscan cooking, discover new recipes and enjoy yourselves.

Our cooks will accompany you every step of the way, explaining the recipes and assisting you.

We only use the highest quality ingredients in our cooking courses; vegetables freshly harvested from our organic garden, meats and dairy products bought from local certified suppliers.

After you have finished cooking, you will be seated at the table where your delicious creations will be served to you: you will marvel at what you have produced. 

You can pick and choose up to 6 different dishes  from this list.

Upon request we are pleased to prepare gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian recipes.

The wine and extra virgin olive oil produced on the estate are an integral part of the Vignamaggio culinary experience.



A tour of the Italian gardens and our vegetable garden, the Pomario would complement your Vignamaggio cooking experience perfectly: if you are interested in the visit of the vegetable garden, don't hesitate to specify it in your reservation.


Cooking course


Our cooking classes take place on Monday, Thursday and Sunday. The price per person is from 80 to 110 euro, depending on the number of participants.
