Grapes: Sangiovese 80%, Merlot 10%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%
Organoleptic Features: Colour: deep ruby red color wit burgundy tones after aging. Bouquet: very intense, persistent, fine, full, with hints of oak and woodland fruit. Taste: full- bodied, fairly tannic, long, warm.
Ready for consumption: Two and a half years after harvest.
Harvesting period: Second ten days of October.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 15 -16 days at 27-28° C. Malolactic fermentation occurs.
Aging: 18 months in small oak casks. Bottle aging for at least 6 months.
Ideal serving temperature: 64,5-68 °F
