Description: This wine is produced from Syrah grapes grown in the vineyard planted in Puglia Salento region. The climatic conditions of this area warm and bright, help the grapes to get e perfect maturation.
Organoleptic Features: Intense ruby red the bouquet reveals hints of spices and ripe fruits. full - bodied and mellow
Ready for consumption: one year afther vintage
Harvesting period: mid September
Vinification: temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 28-30° C. for 12 days, followed by the malolactic fermentation
Aging: 4 months in steel tanks and 8 months in 15.20 hl. oak barrels
