Ready for consumption: One year after the harvest

Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 8-10 days at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C. Malolactic fermentation occurs.

Aging: 6 month in large oak casks

Ideal serving temperature: 17-18 °C
